Tori Vidales and Team Mexico lost in the bronze medal game to Team Canada, 3-2.
Vidales was regarded as one of the top fielders statistically in the Olympics, boasting a perfect fielding percentage and a Olympic-leading 47 putouts for first baseman.

Women's Basketball

Adaora Elonu registered 10 points, one rebound, one assist and two steals in Team Nigeria's loss to USA, 81-72. Nigeria continues group stage play August 1^st against Japan.

Men's Tennis

A&M alum Austin Krajicek and teammate Tennys Sandgren of Team USA defeated Lukas Klein and Filip Polasek of Team Slovakia, 6-7, 6-2, 10-5, in Tuesday's second round match. Krajicek and Sandgren will face off against Jan-Lennard Struff and Alexander Zverev of Team Germany in the men's doubles quarterfinals on July 28^th at 9:00 p.m. CT on NBC Sports Network.

Swimming

Sydney Pickrem of Team Canada placed sixth with a time of 2:09.94 in the 200m Individual Medley to advance to the event final. The final will be shown on July 27^th at 9:45 p.m. CT on NBC Sports Network.
